If the product(s) you ordered are in stock, the standard delivery time is between 2-7 working days. If the product(s) you ordered are out of stock, you will see the planned dispatch date for your order + the Shipping Time (2-7 working days) in the checkout.
It is not possible to schedule the delivery date. However, if you place an order before 19:00, your order will be dispatched the same day and delivered within 2-7 working days. If you place an order after 19:00, your order will be dispatched the following working day and delivered within 2-7 working days.
No problem, you will receive a notification card with a parcel reference number on it. You can find out where your parcel is using this number. To arrange a redelivery of your parcel(s), please follow the instructions on the card.

For all your purchases with Petite Amelie, you can return items within 14 days for a refund.We are happy to accept returns if the product(s) are unused, and in their original packaging with no parts missing. If you wish to return the product, it will have to be packed the same way in which it was delivered so that it does not incur any damage when it is returned to us.
