Hereby certify that (i) you own all of your rights to your picture/s, (ii) you have been granted permission from any person appearing in your picture/s to transfer the rights herein, and (iii) the use of your picture/s by Petite Amélie will not violate any third party's rights or violate any law.

By agreeing to this, you absolve Petite Amélie from any obligations related to compensating you for the utilization of your pictures and for the intellectual property rights pertaining to those involved in the aforementioned uses. In doing so, you willingly release Petite Amélie, as well as any individuals acting on behalf of Petite Amélie, from any claims, demands, or liabilities of any kind associated with the described picture usage.
