HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

For all orders shipped within the EU, a standard shipping cost applies. Please see the table below.
PLEASE NOTE: during BUSY PERIODS. Always leave sufficient time before an event to receive it far in advance. Couriers are under more pressure and these times may increase without notice.
Shipping fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.

WHO DELIVERS MY ORDER?

Your order will be delivered by DPD or PostNL in partnership with an international courier network.

HOW WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?

When your order is ready for shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a track & trace link via email. With the link you can see on what day and at what time your order will be delivered.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

The standard delivery time is between 2-7* working days. Excludes weekends, public holidays and holiday periods.
*Leave more time ahead of festive events, like Christmas Day, as couriers are under more pressure and delivery times may increase without warning / notice.

WHAT IF I MISS THE DELIVERY?

No problem, via the track & trace link you can schedule a new delivery time yourself after the first delivery attempt. If you take no action, the carrier will deliver the package the next working day.

CAN I SHIP TO A COUNTRY OUTSIDE OF THE EU?
