The legal warranty applies to purchases from Petite Amélie. The legal warranty means that a product must do what the consumer can reasonably expect from it (see also article 12 in our terms and conditions ).

The guarantee applies to all purchases made through one of our webshops or through one of our concept stores. The warranty covers any defects that arise within the warranty period as a result of any manufacturing or design defects.
Please note: Defects caused by intensive or irregular household use are not covered by the warranty. We will assess each situation individually and carefully.

The warranty terms that we adhere to are as follows:

• Children's furniture and mattresses: 1 year
• Textile: 6 months
• Wooden toys: 6 months

The additional seller guarantee that Petite Amélie offers is an addition to the legal guarantee and does not affect this of course.
