What if a product is delivered damaged?


Always check your order upon delivery. If you notice any damage, we recommend that you make precise and characterised reservations via the delivery note in the presence of the carrier. In order to validate the damage caused by transport, please contact Petite Amélie via our contact form within two working days. If the deadline is exceeded, the associated fees will be charged to you. Your file is taken care of immediately and we always find a suitable solution. Please include the following in your email: one or more photos of the damaged product, the damaged packaging (cardboard box) and the shipping label on which your address and the parcel identification are located.
