What if a product is damaged during assembly?


Upon request, parts damaged during assembly can also be reordered. In that case, send a clear photo with the part number with a short description via the contact form. Then we will let you know what the options are.

Note: parts damaged during assembly can be replaced with new ones upon request. Depending on the component, costs may be charged for this unless there is a demonstrable error from Petite Amélie.
