You can report any manufacturing defects to us during the 6 month warranty period for toys and textiles or 12 month warranty period for kids furniture from the date of purchase on your invoice. You can report them via our contact form or by mail to hello@petiteamelie.co.uk. We request that you indicate in your message your name and telephone number, your date of purchase and the order number. Your message will then be processed.
